IT'S BEEN A LONG SUMMER
... seeing more business in the last week or so than we have in the last two months. The media is also starting to say that now might be the time to buy for the first time in many months. Interest rates are down, prices are down, if you are a Buyer and have been holding off for the low this might be your opportunity. Pinal County is still one of the fastest growing counties in the US. We have many new commercial opportunities coming our way, we are centrally located and we are affordable compared to Tucson and Phoenix. Real Estate is always a cycle, we have ups and downs, we have had our down, I do feel we are now on our way back up. Real estate is still tangible, you can see it, touch it , feel it, and in my opinion the best investment one can make overall. We are not going to see the crazy days we did over the last few years where people were making unrealistic gains, but in the long run in my opinion real estate usually turns out to be people's best investment. I know I believe in it, I have been in the stock market twice and lost everything I had in it.
