Acting broker Nancy Hawkins has been a licensed real estate agent since 1978, starting her career here in Arizona selling and listing homes throughout the Phoenix area. After 7 years of actively selling real estate Nancy started working directly with and for the Builders/Developers of Val Vista lakes in Gilbert, the Groves in Gilbert and the first phases of Sierra Ranch in Casa Grande. Relocating to Casa Grande in the early 1990's Nancy has since been listing and selling real estate in central Arizona and Pinal county. In the spring of 2004, she and her son L.D. began working together and after purchasing the land and drawing plans for their own office, Hawkins & Associates Realty Inc. opened their doors in Arizona City in Dec. of 2004. Since that time we have added twelve additional agents, bringing over seventy-five years of experience to our firm.

Both Nancy and L.D. have always had horses and enjoyed rodeo. L.D. still actively competes in Roping Events throughout the Southwest. L.D.’s interest in horses and his relationships within the horse industry have helped him to specialize primarily in Acreage and Horse properties both large and small in central Arizona.
