Nancy is a native Arizonan having
been born and raised in Arizona, first living up in the Phoenix
area until her move to Pinal County in the early 90's. Nancy has
always had horses and lived on horse property so she enjoys

L.D. Hawkins is a 2nd generation Native Arizonan,
born and raised in Phoenix and the East Valley area. Raised around horses and
rodeo, L.D. started riding and roping as a youth. First at local junior rodeos,
and eventually graduating to the Pro Rodeo Circuit. L.D. was the United States
Open Team Roping Champion in 1992 and also the 1992 Turquoise Pro Rodeo Circuit
Rookie of the Year. L.D. still competes in local events in and around the
Southwest. Since joining his Mother (Nancy) at Hawkins & Associates in 2004,
L.D.’s primary area of focus has been on Horse property and larger size parcels
in and around Pinal County.

Originally from San Francisco, I spent about
30 years at Lake Tahoe, California where I owned a small retail tire shop.
My wife and I moved to this area in June of 04 to escape the cold weather
and to be able to take advantage of warm weather activities, particularly
golfing. I specialize in land and also residential properties with my focus
being in the Stanfield and Maricopa area which is seeing a massive amount of
growth, and where I just completed building my new home.
