Right now we are seeing a definite reduction of homes on the market. I’m not sure if anyone has the real answer to why this is the case here in Pinal County but it is the case right now. Even with this being the situation home prices still tend to be historically low and so are interest rates.    You hear a  lot on TV about the real estate market and where it is. I feel that Arizona felt the declining market ahead of much of the nation so much of the national nes may not be accurate for our area here. While they talk about homes have declined in value 30 to 40% in the nation, our market had reduced much more than that. You hear them talk about homes going down as much as 50 to 70%, we have already experienced that so that is not really representative of our market here.

      We have seen a lot of changes over the past few years in real estate conditions.
