    We all know that the economy has had serious problems over the past 2 years, and we hope that you are ok. We know many people are displaced and for that we are truly sorry for your loses. May everyone listen to their hearts in the future when they purchase a home, car or anything, we all have lessons to learn and that includes Realtors and Lendors as well as Buyers. In todays market I think it is really great that we have the fortune to be located in the fastest growing County in the United States.

Pinal County has the advantage of I-8 and I-10 intersecting and therefore is the perfect location for business, industry and now it seems to be theme parks. With easy access off of major interstates we seem to be in the right place.

They announced in the paper yesterday that there is now another theme park proposed for Florence in Pinal County by the name of Coyote Canyon. It is very promising to see the interest in this area, especially in a down market.

Decades Theme Park seems to be right on track, all in all business and industry are looking at Pinal County, we are fortunate to be right here.

The media is saying that if you’re thinking of buying a home now is the time to do it, take a look, we think you’ll agree and we are here to help you make the right decision for you, check us out.

We said that we would let you know when the Decades Theme Park passed the Arizona Senate and it did so quite a while ago, everything seems to be right on track. Now there are rumors that an additional theme park and movie studio may also be going in, in Eloy just minutes away from Decades. From what I understand they will not be competing against each other but will enhance each other. The other one’s main focus will be the movie studio, the theme park will come second and it will have a western theme.

We are also seeing more commercial building and new companies coming to the Golden Corridor area which includes Casa Grande, Arizona City, Eloy and the surrounding areas. It is referred to as the Golden Corridor because of it’s central location between Phoenix and Tucson, plus it is where I-10 and I-8 intersect.

With the additional commercial will come additional jobs, all positive factors for the housing market that we are already seeing improving.
